Our Dry Rosé:

How we made it
Dry and delicious! Grenache (86%) and Cinsault (14%), macerated on skins for 8 hours before gentle pressing and long, cool ferment in stainless steel. Fermented to dryness, racked from lees and bottled with minimum fining to preserve lifted fruit aromatics and fruit forward palate.
How we like to enjoy it
Pair with a sun filled afternoon with friends, chilled, with your favourite charcuterie options. Incredibly versatile and social.

How we made it
This Pinot Grigio is picked in the cool of early morning to retain natural acidity and vibrant aromatics. The fruit is gently pressed and fermented at low temperatures in stainless steel to preserve purity freshness.
How we like to enjoy it
We like to think of this Pinot Grigio as taste of European summer. Chill and enjoy on its own, pair with a light seafood dishes spiced with chives or basil. Add a little prosecco and lemon to try the original Spritz.

How we made it
Capturing the contemporary version of this variety and sharing it with our lane. Harvested at optimal ripeness, the fruit undergoes a cool fermentation in stainless steel to lock in freshness and accentuate zesty citrus and tropical notes. No oak (or minimal) oak used (let me confirm)- to maintain the vitality and lift of this Paddington Lane drop.

How we made it
Light, sparkly and fresh. Moscato for the new to wine consumer, or the varietal fan. Early picked fruit for a lighter in alcohol style, then gently pressed and fermented at cool temperatures to retain vibrant aromatics and natural sweetness. A light sparkle is added for freshness and lift, resulting in a bright, fruit-forward style that’s refreshing, aromatic, and beautifully balanced.
How we like to enjoy it
It is very approachable, gentle and delicious. Chilled and for an extra special touch, add some berries or a slice of citrus.
